Le Meridien Towers Mecca hotel is a 5 star hotel with kitchen, sitting area is for 289 riyal with 24 hours free shuttle after every 5 to 10 minutes. The hotel you are showing is just basic

For Ramdhan , you have to book it in advance. Rates vary everyday in ramdhan. 1st ramdhan expect around 500 27th ramdhan may b 1000-1500

Generally one meal shouldn't cost more than 10 Riyal per person.

You should also ask for their number and any desi restaurant that provides delivery to hotels will be amazing.

Actually these hotels are not strict on timing. My experience with such hotel that you can come anytime after 8am and after stay you can leave anytime between 1-3pm. They usually don't mind
