    PS..do not boil herbs when making medicine.it will ruin the medicinal properties of the plant..

    Im going to get back to you on that. Its very bitter, like dandelion her cousin, so I boiled it way down. I would say of this maybe a teaspoon to start. I'm gonna look into it more tho..obv there are many variables. xo n thanks for watching!

    I tested this, the first day I took .5 tsp then 2nd day 1 tsp then 3rd day 1.5 tsp and all three days felt no effect. The 4th day I took 2 tsp and experienced mild analgesic effect, relaxed and a bit sleepy. Then it got moldy so I'll have to make another batch and keep It refrigerated. I should have known better..i also made a tincture which I'm going to upload a video about as well as identifying the plant in the wild.
