I make this all the time thanks to you. A great plant based protein source. I make sandwiches with it with wholewheat toast.. The only thing I do is change out the Tahini for french mustard. And thats the gamechanger for me.

You are so funny and enjoyable to watch. "The more I get used to it the better it gets." Lol. I have the same experience as I try some new vegan cheese recipes. Not a fan of tahini or any nut/seed butters. Not sure what it would taste like without it though?

Sometimes they do!They like to make a point of leaving plant based food for me because of my dietary restrictions. But they always try stuff when I offer it to them. :)

1 cup chick pea Flour 1/2 cup Nutritional yeast 1tbsp paprika 1tsp onion powder salt to taste 1 cup water whisk until smooth 1TBS Mustard 2 tbs ACV boil water (didnt say how much) reduce heat to very low stir in mixture really slow with two tbs of Tahini store in fridge for two hrs

Honestly, I enjoy recipes but I just wish people would just do the recipe withoug so much talking. There is only one person I know of on KZread that shares recipes without a bunch of talking and add ons, and his recipes are really good.

I'm vegetarian (46 years) but not vegan. I'm addicted to cheese. I try any vegan 'cheese' I see in the store, but they invariably end up in the garbage. I live in hope!

I find that local artisan vegan cheeses are the best! But the mass produced ones- by and large in my opinion- aren't as good. We shall live in hope together!

Just a health note on dairy--especially cheese--it is very high in estrogen--so high, doctors in the US are suing the FDA to put a warning label on it for (hormonal) cancers.

the best vegan cheese you can find Is the One made by yourself! I also love cheese but started to make my own vegan cheese. I found really good recipes online (the best are made out of cashews or almonds for me), you have to try several recipes for to find yours, but it is worth it! (But I never found a good one with chickpeas ;) I will not stop to eat real cheese, but I like to cut it down a bit...
