Making Hydraulic Trencher Powered by a Gas Engine 15hp
To build a trencher i used a 420cc 15hp petrol engine. I connected a two-section hydraulic pump 22cm3/8cm3 to the engine, the pump section with a capacity of 22cm3 connected to a hydraulic motor driving the digging chain and soil removal augers, I connected the section with a capacity of 8cm3 to the excavator drive and the hydraulic cylinder. To set the speed of the excavator drive and the speed of the hydraulic cylinder, I used an oil flow regulator, Thanks to this, I can smoothly adjust the driving speed and the speed of lowering the arm when digging in the ground. The maximum digging depth is 105cm/41inch.
I made the chain mechanism in the previous video ,

No, it isn't. This machine so over-engineered it's painful. For example, what's the point in making the oil reservoir as strong as a bomb shelter? Where's the precision in that?
I love watching these with my 4 year old. When he sees one of your thumbnails in my recommendations he always tells me to wait and not watch it without him. Thanks for your excellent videos.
Great video! I need one trencher machine to make foundation and build my new house... 👍
Necessity is the mother of invention. The trencher came out amazing and it looks like it's going to save you a LOT of time! Well worth the effort to make it. It works so well you could go into business making them, or renting it out! NICE WORK!
Wow, I'm impressed at how well it works. Nice piece of engineering.

Quick and easy job to get a 1m trench done, impressive! Thx for showing! 👍👍👍
You never cease to amaze me, or fail to provide us with awesome content to watch. *Well done* as always. God bless. [edit]: I wish there was an "extended version" available, to see some of what was edited out to keep the video shorter.
Are you kidding me this man is amazing just makes me think of the waste of conflict of any kind we lose the treasures held by borders ! Amazing engineering!
Please say you learned all these amazing skills/craftsmanship on KZread and put it all together to put it on KZread. Savage job.
Great build. Good to see someone who knows how to weld .
That was a fantastic build!! I think the only part that I would consider changing is the engine as it did sound as if was struggling at times. The things that you build are getting better and better, and the quality has always been there. Thanks for the video 😊👍👍👍👍

Thank you 😁 Yes, the engine has too little power, I suspect that the power written by the seller is greatly overestimated, for sure the use of a branded engine would solve the problem :)
Your wife sees you testing the machine and goes like this "I hope you made the machine to fill that back up, the children are going to fall in 😡🤬" 🤣🤣🤣 Awesome build 👍👍👍Thank you for sharing. Take care of yourself, be safe, and healthy 🇨🇦

😂😂 I heard almost the same sentence from my wife, after her rather loud comment I buried this hole faster than with a machine 😂 Thank you 😁
Impressive build really, I'd add an emergency stop button. Glad you added the safety guards in.
Sweet!. You’re giving made in Poland a run for his money, both you guys are awesome at what you do.
Beats digging by 105cm 😉 and a great build too, very nice work

Looked like a really nice build. Only issue is you should drive the bearing in with a socket that pushing on the part of the bearing meeting resistance. For example around 6:20, the driver should push on the outside ring of the bearing instead of the inside ring (to protect the internals of the bearing itself). Keep up the great work.
Thanks for the great video. By looking at these, you learn solutions for implementing things.
Quite an impressive build!!! Great deal of well thought out design combined with solid machining and fabrication yields excellent results!!! You can be very proud of that piece of equipment!!!

Beautiful example of top quality engineering. Well done sir!
Stupendous work! That looks amazing!
Thumbs up bro, understanding the machinery, your workmanship and your experience are excellent. love you man
That was downright amazing! Good job!
Nice and strong job, as usual!
Love your videos and I've actually started teaching myself welding with a 10 amp Flux Core Welder purchased from Bunnings Warehouse New Zealand and basic fabrication skills I'm looking at purchasing a 15 amp Plasma Cutter with a built-in compressor so I have a way of cutting metal other than a disc grinder and a hacksaw.
25 minutes thinking I was watching the Made in Poland channel until the covers went on in orange not blue 😂😂
Thanks dude lovely from Tanzania 🇹🇿 ❤️ ❤️ karibu Sana
This is awesome work respect🤝, This machine could dig a foundation trench faster and save time and costs...

Great Job. Amazing built. One piece of advice. add a rubber curtain on the side to cover the lifting cylinder so that it does not get dirt thrown on it. it will help the seals last a lot longer

In most places around here we have about 1 foot (30cm) dirt then solid limestone. Looks like you have nice clean dirt!

Wow Another Awsome Build, It will be a handy machine ,,Godbless
Beautiful build. I would be proud to run that machine all day. Nice job! Have you had a chance to run it in rocky soil?
Wow! If I said ridiculous - It would be in the context of ridiculously good! Very inspiring!!
Super cool! A wonderful machine. What solder did you use? With or without gas? Grateful.
You are a legend in the making 💯

This is an amazing work with a maximum trench depth of 105cm and a width of 30cm. I love the ingenuity and what I can only ask is the cost and maybe a list of materials and design specifications 😊. What kind of soil (soft, hard, soft rock, hard rock) can this trench. I know this is dependent on the bits and the cutter type. I have one of this that I bought from China and after I bought it they said I couldn't use for hard soil.
Seems to work well. Well done!!
Wow. That works just as good if not better than a commercial one. 👏👏👏

The cut is way cleaner than a commercial one, but that might be because of the soil type he has.
