Joshua probably informs every parent that he comes across that he can make their child but better
Look I’m a fan. But that’s not “but better”. That’s “ something different”. Why not make the same thing with the same base ingredients. Making it a Nashville is a completely different sandwich. This and the Cinnabon are bad examples.
Imagine if he made his own fast food chain with a whole menu of this kind of food. Honestly I'd pay 2-3x if I knew it was all made in-house with no compromises like in these videos
I personally love how Josh notes on the bag that it says hot and fresh, and then he's surprised when he cuts into the sandwich she goes "ooh that's hot"... Promise made, promise kept by the bag
I love everything Josh does on this channel, but I have to ask. How is making a Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich with a garlic aioli "Making the Wendy's Spicy Chicken Sandwich At Home"? Don't get me wrong. This looks delicious, but this is not the Wendy's Spicy Chicken Sandwich. This is a Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich with garlic aioli. And that doesn't even address the argument of you using thighs when Wendy's uses breasts, but, you know, whatever floats your culinary boat.
Only problem is that yours is a bit on the burnt side.
Tbh, the rating for the Wendy's building should really be 666.... Just saying
This looks delicious... I can not wait to create the whole Wendy’s menu from the realms of my kitchen...
So I wake up 30 minutes before go to work... and you want us to do this ... get real
You should make a "But Vegan" series where you take popular dishes and make them vegan
I’d be interested in seeing some videos in a “But Faster” series. Show us how to make quick meals at home faster than you could by driving out to a restaurant, ordering, and returning.
I made these and they were amazing! I halved the dredge and spicy oil amounts, so I didn't have too much left at the end. The only thing that was tricky was the sause... it did split on me... but I brought it back to life 😊 with the old good trick. I put a tablespoon of storebougth mayo in to the bowl and was adding tablespoons of my " concoction ", whisking by hand. And it worked like a charm😁Thank you for a recipe!
I had no idea this professional chef could make a better fried chicken sandwich than Wendy’s…
You see Josh I like this series. Its nice to see how we can make this so easily at home. However I'm not going out of my way to make something like this when I'm either running late somewhere and want something quick or just straight up lazy.
I worked at Wendy's in the early 80s. The chicken was great then. We had just regular chicken breasts that we breaded like you would at home, right before they went into the fryer. Then they started making all these cost cuts and the chicken was the first to go. Started getting pre-breaded frozen stuff that wasn't even close to the original.
There's no one better than this guy. He's just so entertaining. He's our generation's Gordon Ramsey, but in a way different flavor.
tried your milkbuns the other day for the first time - straight ordered your cookbook, you're awesome dude
Thank you for the morning bless, papa.
As someone who worked at Wendy's for way too long... I was prepared to give you the side eye, but you blew this out of the water! It looks amazing!
This is outstanding. I made these as a surprise for my family, and goodness it was a huge hit. Now I make them quite often. Thanks for sharing such a great treat!
