I couldn't help but notice that this video already has more views than OGRE Cubes' original video about his 11x11 LEGO Cube. So if you enjoyed this video, go check it out! kzread.info/dash/bejne/hH9qmLaziZmdgs4.html

Hi Z3cubing, I just got my first 9 x 9 and I don’t know how to solve it. Could you make a video on how to solve it so that me and everyone else who has a 9 x 9 can solve it?

@@reedythepeedy8547 If you know how to solve a big cube (preferably 6x6+, but if you know how to solve a 5x5 there's only one more concept needed), it's the exact same method. If you don't know how to solve a big cube, there are lots of tutorials out there. Most of them are specifically for one size, but if you know how to solve one, you can pretty much solve them all.

I'm surprised of how well this cube turns. Never thought a 9x9 is possible let alone one that turns greatly.

Well it’s just legos glued to the cube so it’s not surprising it turns fine. Now a 100% Lego 9x9 would be absolutely insane

You could have used 1x1 round studs instead of normal 1x1 plates. You wouldn’t have to sand them then but I think there would be a little bit of white around the edge. You could have also used tiles instead of plates to make flat and smooth. But still, this is really cool.
I love your content bro! You deserve 1mil subs!
You put so much more effort into your videos than other cubing channels. Spending more than 10 hours on a silly Lego 9x9 cube? That's insane dedication. Subscribed.
4:28 BRO- that yellow lego that you trow really remained standing
This is genuinely incredible! I've been making some very basic rubiks cube mods and it makes appreciate the effort it takes to make what you do. I am beyond impressed!
The amount of work you put into these videos is insane, you deserve 1 mil man
He should be in Puzzle Advent Calendar haha
Imagine stepping on it 😳
Now you can put 3x3 lego plates on top of it and use it as a 3x3 :)
Bro you really have the highest patience!! (in all that removing pieces, sanding, sticking it again etc.) you are so damn extraordinary and coooooooooooooooooooooool!!!!
4:06 Looks like you did the math! Number of stickers on 9x9 = 9x9x6 = 486 Number of stickers on 3x3 = 3x3x6 = 54 486/54 = 9
Finally! Everything I didn't know I needed!
Cool!
May have been said before, but I'm thinking it wouldn't be that hard to 3D print a 5x5, or even a 6x6 or 7x7, with cubies perfectly sized for gluing lego pieces onto. 6x6 (maaaaybe 5x5) would probably be the best point to transition from using 2x2 pieces to 1x1 pieces, while the 7x7 would be the first in the sequence to have 1x1 centers, 1x2 edges, and 2x2 corners. And as long as you're 3D printing these base puzzles, may as well modify the pieces so that the legos snap right on to them... sounds like it would be a fun project. I'd be interested in helping out with that!

I’d have to wonder if consumer fdm printers have enough resolution for that to work. SLS definitely but it’s hard to have prints that don’t have very slight layer lines that are going to catch. ASA or ABS might hold up but they also might have longevity issues in something like this too. The modeling work wouldn’t be too bad but I see some definite potential roadblocks too. Designing it kinda like stickered cubes could save the sanding though.

@@johnandrews9433 With a bit of patience, far more ambitious mechanical puzzles have already been manufactured on desktop printers. I admit that some of my own designs have run into the troubles you describe, but check out what more patient puzzle builders like Corenpuzzle and Kevin Uhrik have done!
The 1X1 is the easiest to make entirely out of LEGOs. All you need are six 2x2 tiles or plates (1 white, 1 yellow, 1 green, 1 blue, 1 red, 1 orange) and one LEGO 2x2 die piece, which comes with most LEGO board games, such as Minotaurus.
Awesome!!!
Factory: Spends a hour or two building a functional 9x9. Z3Cubing: Spends 10 hours gluing legos on the pieces.
The easiest part is actually opening the bags of Lego
Finally, now we can bandage a 9x9 lego cube into a 3x3
Awsome!
This guy won't stop with legos lol... Great video
Wow that's huge 🤯
This is why I’ve subscribed to him because he is one of the few people that would take time out of their day just to make this and still make it look and turn so well and he is just an amazing KZreadr overall
I love it 🤩
Very nice looking cube
That’s sick
Wow! That cube looks amazing!! Great Job dude!
It's so perfect
That’s amazing
Your dedication is on another level. Insane
Beautiful ❤
that timelapse music is a banger
Good job sticking through that it probably was hard sanding everything!!
Wow that is some amazing creativity!
That is massive
Wooooooooooooooow😱
Awesome dedication
AWESOME
Non cubers: Is it a LEGO 486x486?
Wow! Respect
THIS IS COOL
Wow, nice job!!
Your insane and I love it!!
i can’t wait for the 21x21 speed cube Lego.
Dude your actually really smart for sanding the same pieces together rather than one at a time good job thinking outside the cube :)
thats really cool
this guys puts a bunch of effort into ALL of his vids I appreciate it
Nice video!
Awesome 👍
Great lego cube mod!!! I really like your videos especially the ones with mods and this one was my most favorite so far
Now if you place 4x4 plates on the corners, 3x4 plates on the edges, and 1 final 3x3 plate directly in the center, you can make WORLDS LARGEST LEGO 3X3...out of a bandaged 9x9
Cool
Very impressive!
dang so many videos keep it up
For people who just take off stickers, these cubes are for you
Wow Zalex I Never thought a 9x9 Lego cube was possible
So Interesting!😍😍
Good job with this!! I imagine it took FOREVER!!:)
bro ur dedication to doing this is legit earned my respect for u man
I would love to see a conversion of something like the 6x6 MGC to a 4x5x6 cuboid. 3D printed extensions is the obvious solution and I can probably do that in onshape but not sure why I see cutting or grinding pieces away in some posts/resources. I always figured that the extensions should do the job w/o removing material from the original cube. Anyway just something that interests me since the 2x3x4 & 3x4x5 are beginning to bore me, the price of a 4x5x6 is around $300 and I'm pretty crafty with my 3D printing and modeling... just too chicken to destroy my nice MGC and never really did a rube project of any kind. Love your videos @Z3Cubing, keep up the great work!
I love your vids keep the exsalent work going for life
It would be so fun to see Z3 doing a fun solve challenge by bandaging the cube by placing random 3×2 lego plates!
Nice video. keep up the good work!
Throwback from the OG, legoboyz3!!!! Hahahaha
Greetings excellent work ..!!
My favorite cubing channel by far! Thanks for the content and keep up the great work 👍✌
Nice job
Cool. But the coolest part is It's a 9x9 cube of 11x11 Lego plates.
nice 👍
pre made 1x1 1x2 and 2x2 round plates already exist, but they probably would have been too rounded to look good.
I love Lego and cube🥰
Super vid
If you step on it it'll probably explode and then there'll be cube pieces with lego pieces on them all over the floor. Lovely.
This is a ridiculous amount of effort. But it looks amazing
Favorite intro on KZread.
WOW is so good🎉 Look at it
OMG these videos are great😅❤ l I love

Next task: make a fully functional 9x9 completely out of legos and do an average of 1000.
The 1×1 turns great lol
10 years later: welcome back to Z3 cubing! we will make a lego Gigaminx!
Damn, I need to come back to the puzzle making scene.
Wowwww
Would the yj zhilong mini 5x5 fit the 1x1 plates? Or 1mm smaller, the older shengshou 5x5 mini?
5:46 that's some nice looking pixie dust you got there. Can I try some?
You deserve so many more subscribers
Ultimate lego guy
you couldve binded the entire side, then applied glue to one piece of the whole side, then pressed the whole binded side to a side of the assembled cube without caps, and then pull off the binded side, with the currently glued piece stuck onto the cube, this wouldve ensured that all pieces are perfectly aligned
This is so cool and I actually appreciate how much time and effort you put into your videos.
@Z3Cubing you should do a team up with @J Perm like: "how many 3x3s can I solve while J Perm solves a 10x10" or something
Living up to the name ‘LegoBoyZ3
Super flip on that would have been cool lol 😂
