Making my own bias tape to match the fabric will be the death of me but I love love love this pattern.

You're so great at being clear and concise with your tutorials. Two questions: 1) Is the point of serging the inside seams on the outer red strap, so that it doesn't clump up in the wash? Because it's already encased. 2) Whenever I sew invisible zips, the top shapes out into a v-shape, even when zipped all the way. Is that a sewing issue, or what the hook and eye is for?

I'm going to make this 100% for a wedding dress. I would love to see you explain how to fix some parts of the patterns to fit better for other body types. I'm usually a small but I have a big bust and usually I have to fix it and it's so hard :')

Hi!! It looks so so stunning!! I just bought the materials and I am about to buy your pattern. Just two more questions. 1. could you make a quick short video on how to make faux leather Bias Tape? Can I just do like I do the cotton Bias tape? 2. Did you press open your leather seams open?

Hi kiana! I have this light weight (but not too thin) satin fabric and it’s such a beautiful pale green. I think it would be beautiful if I made it using that strapless corset pattern.... but do you think I could use such a delicate fabric for this corset? I would line it with coutil fabric for more structure. I would appreciate your input! 💓

hi! i’ve made a few corsets out of lightweight satin and it should be fine as long as you like it. especially since it’s a fashion corset and not a base layer meant to take a lot of strain ❤️ hope this helps!

@@KianaBonollo not the original commenter, but i think i know what they’re talking about. sometimes with the one piece eyelets, after using the punch, the metals splits into a sort of star shape and leaves jagged edges
