The lotus roots or whatever it’s called, yes it’s sticky but it’s stringy and has a unique taste. I love it.

The orange stuff is the fat of the shrimp. It's flavorful and rich. That orange stuff can be found in crabs too. It's what crab paste are made of.

Yeah seriously, idk if milked for views or just inexpertise, but he looks dangerously close to his fingers, shaky, and extremely sloppy with cuts. It could be a very well worry he could cut a finger off if he doesn't watch what he's doing or slips.

Please do not chop/slice like that again. Use two hands firmly on the board. You don't want to cut yourself or lose a finger.
