The original spider-man movie symbiote faceshell that you see in the beginning of the video is 3D scanned, and then digitally re-shaped into a 3D-printable face shell design.
The black fabric is screen printed and provided with a raised ink brick pattern design that reflects light, creating a stunningly dynamic lighting effect. The webs are CNC milled and casted from urethane. The sides of the spiderman webs are painted by hand to create a 3D raised webbing effect. The webs are glued onto the fabric using Loctite 4861, which is a super flexible super glue.

The mask is made of nylon/lycra fabric and the webs are made of poly urethane.
you should try making full suits, or a deadpool mask

ive seen screen used masks this IS how it actually looks. wetting the suit or getting it in dark lighting like the films is what gives the slimy wet appearance
