Great technique. So, you don't put any covering over everything to seal the board?
Looks really awesome! Only question here is how do we achieve this glance effect on the top?

Ahhh.. so I print the main images on 54lbs double sided glossy card stock! 😉
Crazy. I went for foam core since I couldn't get the boards remain straight. Are they durable enough to be through into a box and transported?

Yes! Very durable! More durable than foamcore for sure
