@@StRanger_Dan its tyvek sheets. You just heat it to a certain temp them mold it to the product your wanting a holster or sheath for.

It always breaks my heart when I see the "NOT FOR SALE" but watching the process is a gift in and of itself.
That is one unusual looking knife. Love the fact, that you use THICK steel. No flimsy crap. Heavy duty.

That thing turned out beautiful. I think a leather sheath would have complimented it better. I find leather work to be relaxing.
