I think both large water bodies and sky are incredibly strong visions and therapeutic. The strength of God being displayed and how minute our lives and problems are... Just so inspiring!! 🌅🌊 Beautiful artwork!! ❤ I wonder what you would think about sunsets on the Great Lakes or the Gulf of Mexico side of Florida? The waves are typically smaller and calmer, but so lovely! 😍 Powerful images! 🥰 The picture of the turtle under water was lovely! 🐢 Did you have more photos of underwater life? That would make a great series! 👍

I love when you paint a water/ocean scene. I don’t know if you’ve done this before but would you be willing to do a tutorial of how to go about starting to paint water and oceans? Maybe a beginner friendly tutorial using different mediums (acrylic, watercolor…I know you hate oil pastels but would love to see you use those as well). And I know you love the ocean but would also like to see water in other scenes like lakes, and ponds or rivers. Anyways, don’t stop painting water and the ocean. You capture its beauty so well and I look forward to more from you!!! Thank you for all you do and allowing to share your progress and thoughts with us!

Hello Mira! I am in awe of this collection! Well-l, really I am so happy watching you create & share at anytime. But I digress. Your wish came true with me. I really did have some calming moments & could have watched you paint these all day. Thank you muchly for sharing your talents & thoughts & motivations. My go to place to R&R & relax my mind increase my spiritual breaths is Yellowstone National Park.... the trees which I hug, the wildlife, the forest & smells & sounds, the waterfalls, & of course, the wonders of the geysers. No place like it. This is my Father's world. 😊

My favourite place to be is in the mountains. Particularly the tundra up in the mountains. I love the ocean (any body of water) too, but my heart is in the mountains.

Aww, this makes me so happy!

Eibsee. A lake in southern Germany. It’s a stunning mountain lake. Surrounded by mountains. I love to swim out and float on my back and look up at the Zugspitze, the tallest mountain in Germany. It’s my happy place. I grew up four blocks from the Atlantic Ocean so I do love water.

Your love for it really shows in the finished pieces ♥ QOTD: A peaceful place is my favorite kind of vacation whether it's the sound of ocean waves and seagulls, or just taking in the peacefulness of a forest with trees and nature sounds such as a trickling stream or waterfall, and birds.

Currently on vacation in Arizona and I wish I had my art supplies right now! Water has always made me feel peaceful and happy ever since I was a little kid.

Hi Mira. My favorite place, seeing as I have never ventured out of South Africa and would HIGHLY recommend in you ever look at coming to South Africa. There is a road in Cape Town called Clarence Drive (AKA the whale route) my favorite thing when we go down to the cape for a holiday, is to park on that road and watch the sun set. It is absolutely breathtaking and really miraculous as you see the silhouette of table mountain as the background. If I lived in the cape, I'd be there every evening as the view is just glorious 😍 ❤ thank you for this very inspiring video, I always look forward to your videos on a Saturday evening for me. (As I am a few hours ahead.) Keep well and stay blessed. ❤

I live in a costal town, I love going to the beach whenever my mind is troubled. It is so calming and I feel really priviledged to live so close to it.

Mira, those are all amazing! I didn't visit an ocean until I was 50. I never had the desire. Once I did, I realized why it's raved about. It is such a calming, yet mysterious feeling. I feel similar in the mountains or any natural park that isn't overly crowded. I need to do a marathon of all your past videos. I only found your channel a couple of days ago.

I live right near the sea! I can see it from my bedroom window.. however I love the countryside especially in lambing season, seeing new life and especially lambs as they jump and skip around. Saying that I love being in warmer climates it doesn’t have to be red hot.. just hotter than England 😂

Hi Mira! My place to go is also the ocean. However, if I simply can't, theres nothing better to me than neing outside surrounded by greenery amd flowers and a nice breeze. Im also discovering a deep love for all types of animals. Just take me outside for a short escape and im satisfied. I Really enjoy all of your collections 😊

I love the ocean. I decided a couple years ago I was going to buy a print of every water painting you did and was so excited to see this one! They are beautiful!

This collection brings me so much joy. I loved going to Kauai because you are just always in view of the water. It brings me such peace and in so thankful I get to have the Coastal Dreams print in my house to remind me of that feeling!

This is so beautiful Mira... your paintings are full of soul... I too spent a lot of time by water. Rivers and lakes etc. It helped me contemplate my life after experiencing grief and a painful divorce 😢... I am an amateur artist, so this has really inspired me. Thank you xx

Everything in this collection is so beautiful! I love being near water too. For the question of the day I actually have to say where I live. Living in Phoenix is so special. Just going for a walk I can see mountains, Palm trees, cacti, and beautiful flowers. Being able to go outside everyday and having so much sunshine makes me incredibly happy!

Lovely paintings! I'm with oyou on the ocean being such a wonderful place The sound of the waves crashing brings me so much serenity. Best vacation I've had--my husband and I spent a week on the Galapagos Islands in 2019. Such an amazing place!

Such beautiful work! Water is a difficult thing to capture but you do it so well. My favorite calming vacation is going to sound odd. But watching my favorite EDM artists perform gives me such a happy and peaceful feeling. Those are my happiest vacations.

The ocean is my happy place as well. It is my comfort and my peace. And I live in landlocked Idaho. Thankfully, I do work for an airline though.

I'm a former (retired) scuba diver so I share your awe at the beauty and soothing nature of the ocean.

The ocean has always brought me anxiety because of its chaos and power. What brings me calm is the forest due to its stillness and constant growth in which is slow. You do not see its transformation immediately but over time you can watch the seedlings turn to large thriving trees. You observe the cycle of life in the decay and rebirth.
