This video missed one important part: the process from turn the small pieces flake into polyester staple fiber. After that the fiber will be processed into yarn.

This looks really cool, but I'm really confused with the process. How did the shredded plastic particles got introduced or converted into the fabric? It seems that the video doesn't really explain or at least shows how the yarn is created. It just appears within the process. This aside I'm really happy to see a company that is making the effort to help our environment by reusing this product that we have been using for so long.

I’m trying to start up an Upcycling business making my own clothes. I wish I could make my own clothes from plastic water bottles but don’t have the equipment, anyway I can buy the yarn made out of plastic water bottles from you? Or is it all made right away into your shirts. Either way, love what your doing. So brilliant!!! I support you all:)

Why dont you make a slow fashion business instead? You could get fur from ethically treated rabbits and alpacas and such and make sweaters. I am talking about animals that get to live and are loved. The thing is this in a way is great but there are some concerns...see some comments. Maybe I am just suggesting this as it is something I want to dom but never getting around to it.

Also, you could take pieces from clothes and make new designs. So many things you could do

This is really cool. My question, since they're made out of plastic particles, what happens after the shirt is worn out? Do they in turn become biodegradable?
