🤣🤣🤣 No kidding! So, this is my in-law's vacation apartment. For some reason, they had no plastic or wood cooking utensils, so it was a forced decision for me. I think that next time I visit, I'll be buying a few more cooking tools to stock the kitchen. 🤔

Ack! I think you're correct. It's all coming back to me, now. I think we wound up finding them in a weird drawer when we were nearly done the meal. I won't comment on the previous user's counterintuitive choices in putting away utensils, or I might not be invited back. 🤣🤣

​@ThisDadGoesTo11 😂😂 well I will have to try your recipe. I usually make this with a white wine and garlic sauce. I'll have to try it with the red wine and onions. Is your in law's vacation home on the Mainland or islands?
