Making Pork Sausage from Wild Hogs! My Recipe - How To Processing & Wild Game Cooking
We trapped several wild hogs the other day, and people always ask what we do with them. One of the things is make sausage! Here’s how we process the meat and turn it into sausage!

Better than any Sausage you'll buy at a store. And for the sensitive people go eat a salad. Y'all take care and have a blessed week.

You have a real nice channel here young man ! I enjoy the honesty you display . You and Hannah both are a pleasure to watch. These people who are too sensitive to view butchering would starve in a matter of days or grab a knife and figure it out. Glad I’m not like them .

That time is approaching us quickly. Small farmers have been warning us for months. They're all being shut down. Seems to be a large shut down on soy purchases across the industry. Something big is happening. There's a reason they teach us about Hitler but not Stalin. It seems to be happening again. The food supply is under attack. Grow it yourselves, hunt it, raise it, save it. The sensitive people will be asking for handouts very soon.
YEAH! HANNAH AND JEFF! Made my day! 👍👍👍👍
I'm so glad i grew up in the country and know where my food comes from and what it takes to get it to the table. The crap you buy at the stores these days has no flavor. My grandma used to keep track of which chickens produced and which ones didnt. if they didn't contribute they was dinner :)

And when the apocalypse happens all of the people that didnt want to learn how to hunt and process their own meat and can vegetables are going to either die or seek out someone like Jeff to keep them alive. you will find me in the mountains of Oregon with a smile and a smoker.
Hey Jeff. Little tip from lifelong butcher. I’ve made thousands lbs sg. Mix the spices with a little water first. Distributed better and easier.
I’m offended that they are offended. It’s our way of life. We are important too!! Red nose = Hannah is cold 🥶

You seem to always have things figured out. Hannah is Blessed to have a good Teacher Sir.
Thanks Jeff I continue to stand in awe when I see how passionate you are throughout the whole preparation process of all the food you catch and cook “Ka Rawe” we say in New Zealand
Glad to see Hanna spending lots of time with the dog. That's the way to train it right.

I love that pup there. That’s one of the cutest pups ever. Reminds me of my pup.
Excellent job of harvesting the wild hog meat, & making fresh breakfast sausage to enjoy thru the winter months. Great seeing Hannah, and her little companion for a taste test . Cooking up the fresh sausage while your making it is the best way to make sure it will taste great later. Love you guys, be safe, stay healthy, God Bless everyone.
I appreciate you two.. so much. Much love from Canada Ontario my friends

Jeff I love your outdoor kitchen , I’ve been thinking off building one for 2 years my cabin here in the Ozarks ! Now I have great ideas ...as soon as the lumber prices come down . Thanks for the video !
Love your content Jeff. Keep livin right!
Hey Jeff and Hannah, another trick I’ve learned with my vacuum sealer is to moisten the soft padded gasket seal on the inside of the sealer top and bottom. Wet your finger or wash cloth and dampen the whole thing it makes better contact for a better seal.
It’s not sensitivity, it’s because they don’t want people to learn these skills! Y’all are great 👍 keep it up. Write a book about processing and publish! You tube can’t take that from you or us. 😎
I wish y'all could get along just a little bit ha ha, that's the cutest little dog ever! Prishate y'all
Yes, this is great stuff, I have learned a lot! I spend a couple months at a time across the country away from home. I been watching and applying what I have gotten from here during my leaisure time, when I get back to my home!!!
Missed ya Jeff. Thanks for the post.
Looks great
Thanks for posting. It is great your outdoor kitchen works for making sausage. Everything is cold. Including the pork and fat going through the cold grinder. Nice.
Nice Kitchen. It turned out good. Sweet.
Looks delicious!
Awesome!!!
Hey Jeff here’s a tip if you want to take a couple extra minutes when you skin the hogs or deer is remove the shank at the elbow and you will never poke a hole in your bags.
I like all and everything you share with us. Those sausage look good
awesome kitchen, love your channel
Always enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work.
Looks like some good sausage 😋. Thanks 😊!!
This was AWESOME!! Thank you!
This is wonderful. My wife and I watch all of your videos. Noodling, nope, Not happening for this guy! Sausage looked wonderful. I just tried making bacon on my new camp chef smoker. Better than I thought it would be. Thanks again for sharing! Cold, nope, we are in Alaska! Moose, Caribou, and salmon galore!! ciao
Looks good Jeff!
Unfortunately, sensitive people are taking over the world. True outdoors man like us are a dying breed. Glad you raised Hannah right. Love watching you two.
You all the best 😘. I wish I could have stayed in that country. It's great people and great food.
If people are to sensitive they shouldn’t be watching a channel they’re know has outdoorsmen on it. What happened to freedom of expression in this country??? PC babies 👶

No that's what happens to your children when you let them attend a liberal arts school and you have a sorry person cramming the dumacratic lies into their dumb heads and it sticks. Because they aren't able to think for themselves. So they follow the wrong side of the aisle.
@Ding_Bat

People need to be protected from themselves these days. They watch an outdoors channel, and seriously don't expect to see outdoors content like hunting and processing meat, or even people being almost 100% self sustaining. Then they DO see it, and they are upset by it, so they report it, because feelings, and because Bambi had to die for them to have that nice piece of meat on their plate - if they eat meat at all! Never mind that poor onion that had a family! Simply clicking on to the next channel and not coming back to this one is not even considered as an option. Because, guess what, the content over here isn't going to change! And don't come with the "advertisers don't want to be associated with this channel's content" BS, because it is REALLY simple for KZread to control that. Complaining and reporting gives people a feeling of power, so as long as that behavior is rewarded, it ain't going away anytime soon...

@@BFTEgodswarrio5939 ...youre saying certain people can't think for themselves? Did you read your silly message? You sound like every other dingbat that sits around listening to right wing propaganda all day. Its you folks that refuse to think for themselves. You let millionaire right wing pundits do your thinking for you. And no, I'm not a liberal. Too funny! 😆

Awesome mate, looked bloody good. 👍
Little girl just walks in and snags daddy's lunch LOL 🤣 🤣 🤣❤
Hey, Jeff: Great video!!!! You explained it all so well! I noticed who showed up, when the food is ready. Throw one of those nice patties on a big bun, cheese, and a little De Jon Mustered, oh my gosh!!
Brought back some fond memories watching you grind that sausage. I always liked the taste test part the best myself.
When vacuum sealing boney pieces of meat, try folding part of a bag over the bone to give a couple of extra layers of plastic to keep from puncturing the bag.
So easy great job.👍
Looks great thanks for the video.
Love sausage! Please make a video featuring the little dog.
Hey Jeff great video best I've seen all week I know that is some great sausage their .hey Hannah .
I understand about the skinning shed. I hope it's working like you want it to. Like your outside kitchen setup. Stay warm.
Merle says Wheres Mine, lol. I been using that same seasoning for years, it does a great job. Great setup in there also.
Whoo yes sir ree ,some Grand biscuits and strawberry preserves and hot Costa Rica coffee with that sausage and you know your talking to a Tennessee wild man. That's a fine video and Thanks for sharing . Nice grinder to that's a nice addition to the sportsman kitchen.
Awesome Jeff
Great video thanks again
I bet that seasoning is so good! We use rebel butcher when processing and it’s great too! They ship if you ever want to try something new.
Good job hanna as soon as the works done and foods ready lol 😉 J/k. Appreciate y'all
Looks good appreciate yall
LOOOOOOOVE the cooking shows
Great video useful info and tips.
Great video!! Love being walked through the whole process. Can’t wait to clean up a bunch of wild hogs now that dear season is over. Looking forward to more of your video! Have you thought of using Tumbler for your future videos? I hear they don’t censor near as much.
Great job Jeff loved the video, wish I could try some that hog
Damn fine content, damn fine eating!!! I love me some wild hog sausage! Growing up we processed all our own barn lot raised meat. Hogs, belly bacon, backstrap tenderloins, cured hams 4 ways, chops, steaks, sausage. Since moving to Florida I'm more into the wild hog steaks and everything else into sausage. I prefer it above domestic hog, and have even had those say they don't like wild hog think it was great after they ate it unknowingly.
Love you videos and I like it when you get off on your stories Keep up the great work brother
Jeff I just love it when you talk about cooking it up you get so excited about it lol but you got to stop the teasing looks so good but cant smell or taste it make us all drool just watching
