HAHAHAHAHA OMG THAT WAS HILARIOUS!!! I was going to comment after about the 3rd time I slopped eggs all over the counter I started using a bowl to mix it then Crouch just dumped the eggs all OVER HAHAHAHA that was just too awesome! Start with a fork in the middle and slowly mix in the flour before you use your hands LOLOLOL

I'd never heard of Einkorn wheat until I watched this video. with a bit of search engine and some reading I learned some very interesting things about this such as, the first domestication of wild einkorn was recorded approximately around 7500 BC. It is believed to originate from the fertile areas of the Tigris-Euphrates regions. thanks for the video.

We don’t eat bread ... so I haven’t made it yet 🤣 I did make amazing pancakes with it
My mom’s family is from Italy and having been there myself I have never seen pasta made with coconut oil, only olive oil.

Not a lot of coconuts in the old country so no ... traditionally it’s not made that way but it works 😀

What you described at the beginning is not Genetically Modified as in GMO. Plant breeding has been done since the Stone Age. Breeding distinctions that are not desirable out of a plant, and qualities that are desirable into a plant is simple plant breeding.The re-introduction of many Heritage Plants is more about money and less about a better all-round product.
