I still love your channel, it is a grass roots channel. You bring me back to the basics, and I love it. All the other channels evolve to expensive paints, the cheap little things they find at the goodwill bins, and their interests are only in selling their cheap made stuff on their online websites and I can't stand it. They've all moved away from the basic wood projects, inexpensive paints, and the good old techniques like you do. I love the black and white colors you use and the antiquing wax method as well as the tape off method for grain sacking. Keep up the good work, black and white will never die!

My sister and I have been around antique most of our life. Because our parents are dealers. So now that we are adults, of course, we are into antiques and upcycle things. I LOVE watching ur channel and want to quit working full time and just create. Anyway, great stuff .❤

Thank you for noticing that.. there’s so many beautiful techniques out there.. what may of started off farmhouse.. has lead to a variety of different styles. But I love them all. And love creating them

I love that white lazy Susan with the stripes and I didn't even notice that your stamp was off centered until you mentioned it lol.

My favorite finished piece is the big wooden bowl with all the texture on it. The black paint accented with the antiquing wax made it so beautiful. When you were talking about weeding the vinyl, I kind of smiled because call me crazy but I love to weed my vinyl. Sometimes I'll cut quite a few things and then sit with the TV on while I weed.

When you stencil the white tile pattern on the black tray I actually liked the black vinyl on the black tray. You could just see it and it made a really cool looking design. Black on black. Try that sometime I think it was neat. Although the tray turned out beautiful the way you did it.

Oh my goodness...oh my goodness.....WHAT A FABULOUS GROUP OF “GINGER CHICK” PIECES !!! That black tray with the paper and Rabbit... then the black tray with the Tile....then that beautiful lazy Suzy that is Flower shape..... WONDERFUL VISION FOR THOSE !!!! And of course the “black grouping “.... Yvonne, love them all! THEN...THEN... what you did with the 2-tiered tray 👍👍 I was in total agreement with “ make the white darker”......until you questioned it....🤣🤣🤣🤣. It DID sound correct until you corrected it to “make the white Whiter” LOL!! Too funny !!! We must think a like ! LOL! I use water with my DIY paint on the 2nd coat, but dip my brush in paint, then in a little dish of water.,..I’m afraid of wasting that paint ! But same affect! Beautiful...beautiful pieces again !! Nice to see you ADDED Chris to your profile photo...now work him into speaking and teaching 👍. Baby steps right? Hugs from my ! 💛💛🌼💛💛
