​@@RandomlyamusingindianI have never seen any maharashtrian adding Rose petals in Kanda lasun masala or Ghati masala ...Shah jeera ,peempal kunti were missing in the masala by the way what is the receipe for Goda masala?,.....so that everyone here can understand the difference 😊😊

All things which are used in the masala making are indigenous products.These are not imported from any other countries.We are proud to be an Indian that we live a self-sufficient life in case of food .

No cinnamon and clove are imported from some asian countries due to lack of production in India.

What is elixer? 😭 The spice and cooking mastery of india is beyond.. its very complex.. unlike western dishes and european dishes very simple! In india or bharat every household are like masterchefs and has their unique masala..

Bhai quantity pe depend karta hai, ati to har cheez ki buri hoti hai, masalo ko bhi kam quantity me prayog karna chahiye, lekin log khaane me itna masala Bhar dete hain ki pet me aag ho jaati hai.

Sir your video is informative but here 1) What is the quantity for the final product? 2) How much quantity we have to take of each ingredient to make this masala?, not mentioned. 3) From where we can get this masala not mentioned? 4) If you can't post that , remake this video with proper measurement...
