    They don't use Mozzarella... They use giant blocks of processed cheese from India's favourite dairy brand, Amul. It tastes like a sharp cheddar with just the right amount of that processed, manufactured flavour that we all love (re: processed American Cheese blocks/cubes/slices). It's absolutely fantastic and elevates the sandwich by adding a creamy, fatty, tangy element rather than the basic flavour of a plain mozzarella.

    So, is this like a non-canon crossover? Or, is it an alternate timeline separate from the main BCU Continuity? How will this affect future installments in the BCU? Is Kai the big bad that has been slowly built up over the course of a decade, only to be included in the main timeline for the biggest crossover event of the century? Will all heroes team up to battle Kai in the new movie in the BCU called "Babish: Infinity Whisk"? Will Andrew ultimately sacrifice himself in "Babish: Eggame" to finally defeat Kai once and for all? Only time will tell, my friends.

  • @greeksalad6111
    @greeksalad6111 Жыл бұрын

    What I love about Andrew is that when he first introduced Sohla to the channel, he rename the channel completely to include others as well. He could have just kept the original name "Binging With Babish" and continued to have others hosting their individual segments. BUT he made the name inclusive to not not just make it about himself but also have the same amount of spotlight and acknowledgement for other hosts too. It's beautiful Andrew and I want to hold your face and kiss you shiny head and say Mama Mia!! 😄❤️😄❤️

    This looks great! However, as a true blue Mumbaikar, i need to say that the paneer component is more likely to be paneer chilly, which is an Indo-Chinese soy sauce based appetizer that is often used as a filling in wraps and sandwiches. The tamarind chutney is rarely used as a flavouring for a sandwich filling and I've only ever seen it as a condiment served on the side with fried foods and in chaats. Also, the tomato-bell pepper (aka capsicum) masala very likely also contains boiled mashed potato, which is a very popular addition to Bombay sandwiches! All things considered though, seeing as you only had a few shots to go off of to help you recreate this sandwich, this is a great attempt! Can't wait for the next part in this series!

    You can make your own paneer at home. It’s really delicious home made. Edit: I’m surprised this sandwich used paneer, I’ve only had ones with ahloo.
