Herkese merhaba. Mini torna yapımı süreci devam ediyor. Bu videoda torna makinesini tamamladım. 775 DC motor, 40 amper motor sürücü, 40t 20t kasnaklar, GT2 zamanlama kayışları ile rulmanlar kullandım. 65 mm torna kafasını da ekledim. Böylelikle ufak işler için güzel bir torna makinem oldu. Geliştirilmesi gerekiyor. Zaman içinde sizlerle geliştirmeleri paylaşacağım. İyi seyirler.

Hello everyone. The mini lathe construction process continues. In this video, I completed the lathe machine. I used a 775 DC motor, 40 amp motor driver, 40t 20t pulleys, GT2 timing belts and bearings. I also added the 65 mm lathe head. Thus, I had a nice lathe machine for small jobs. It needs to be improved. I will share improvements with you over time. Enjoy watching.

Esta muy bien currado, pero si tienes que comprar todo el material te sale mas caro que comprarlo, ya que los hay por 190€ y sirven para metal. Pero le felicito por su trabajo 👍

Çok iyi yaw. Olay budur. Şu aynayı da sayenizde görmüş olduk. 10mm yatağa tam girmez, oynar diyordum. Gördüğüm kadarıyla böyle bir sorun yok. Paylaşım için teşekkürler.

Extraordinary, Where did you got the CNC bed and head?, To increase the motor power you can use either 2 or 3 775 motors connected with an angle grinder gear, That will make It a real CNC, also consider using metal geared hi torque motor for bed control. Overall a neat and extraordinary work, Keep Inventing !!! Love from India

Thank you very much. I bought the lathe chuck from Aliexpress. Some parts are from the local market. The issue of engine weakness is true. To solve this, I will build a new engine and a more robust skid system. I will share the details. Loves from Turkey...

Right. But this is cheap way.
Только это патрон 45-50мм с резьбой М12*1.... Странно что передача всего 40/20.. У китайского TTF соотношение лучше... Я тоже рассматривал Сенао 65мм с резьбой М14*1... я думаю он лучше предназначен для таких поделок.
