In this video I am coaching Michelle Khare for the chess tournament PogChamps 3. We mostly looked at tactics, and tried to improve her tactical visualization during her chess games. Hope you enjoy! If you do, please leave a like and subscribe to not miss any further videos :)

"checking for captures from left to right" omg. Been playing chess for 10+ years and I never even considered having a system like that.

I never thought of anything like that either. Seems kinda smart, might counteract some tunnel vision

Scanning for all possible captures has never felt efficient to me. I think it's better to identify the "theme" of the position (what pieces or square are weak?) and then just think logically and geometrically about how to exploit it

I played blind chess in my dream. I think that is what happen when you watch a bunch of chess video before bed. 😂😂😂

I had a chess tournament dream where I was playing some girl and some of the pieces were invisible, she moved e2-e4 but it was invisible so I was like "bruh we're playing blindfolded" and we put the board back into place, also when she pressed the clock her time started going up

The LTR method of checking for checks, captures and attacks was super useful. Never really thought of it that way.

Anna deserves more subs, like why does the KZread algorithm bully her. She’s good at chess, very good looking, and has a great energetic personality type. Plus good editing skills. KZread being unfair for no reason. Plus half the chess community probably knows who she is. I think a good way to fix this is to do a video with Gotham chess or something lol

I mean her views should be higher but they aren’t because there are so many good chess channels right now that she’s just not getting the same amount of love, which is unfortunate

She’s becoming a lot more active with her uploads now so I hope she will gain a lot more subs in the future

Best thing we can do is subscribe and like the video; KZreadrs don't lie when they say it helps, it helps with them being found.

All the other big chess channels have something that sets them apart from everyone else. Hikaru is the best at bullet. Andrew Tang is the best at Ultrabullet. Gotham is the most instructive. Chessbrah are Chessbrah. The Botez sisters were the original attractive chess players and are loud. Anna doesn't really have anything that makes her stand out imo

No doubt that Anna can teach . One of the most important thing to teach is asking the player what do you think now or about this position and then the teacher can give his or her opinion . Anyway...nice video 👍🇳🇱
