Hi Mark, I don't know. There is a clothing industry in Bangladesh right? Perhaps also a shoe industry? Our shoes are made in the Goodyear welt technique. If you want to learn on your own a good place to start is probably the book 'Handmade Shoes for Men' by Laszlo Vass

THAY CHECK FOR I PERFECT IN THE LETHER AND THEN THAY WILL CUT OUT THE PATERN
Its been 10 years now since i wear fabricated shoes ... i even made some nice sneakers for myself ... now seeing shoes made in factory ... just can't stand it .... i got this phobia seeing shoes made by machine ...
The camera work needs a lot of improvement...

We as a brand are located in Belgium, our partner who makes the shoes is located in Spain actually, all the people you see in this video are locals from Almansa, a shoemaking town close to Valencia. Best regards!
