It needs mention; weight is the sole determining factor for hover mode boost speed. The only stats that matter on a booster while in hover mode are weight, and the quick boost stats. The p04 is overlooked, with it's low weight, the third best QB thrust and one of the very lowest QB energy consumption, it's actually an excellent booster for quads. The low energy cost of the QB, decent reload, while also having one of the lowest costs makes it very good at dodging, but not very good at kiting (low thrust). I challenge you to build something with it that emphasizes the quick-boost.

@@Plus_Escapee I have and having a massive quick boost is overkill (like more then light rolling in souls) and having a bunch of them is fun but also not necessary if you know when to qb
A little bit of story time, so the guy that you fought on the first match was yotaro-san (JP player) he was one of the first people who got double S rank and one of my strongest sparring partner. He deliberately derank himself to B rank and run meme / funny build in that rank, his philosophy was to show people who are on the lower rank that even with unoptimized / creative build you can have fun and even win the match. What an absolute legend. extra story: If he's playing for real tho you will see top 100 player get stomped by him cuz his rifle kite is no joke. I was there to witness omaera running his noob ass lamm kites and get smoked by yotaro's rifle build 2 times in a row until he switched to PB20 and ruined the lobby, if you don't play meta or any kind of strong build you won't be able to scratch that guy.
