Let's make flan together! I'm obsessed with making flan and was shocked at how easy it really is. I took my good sweet time melting the sugar for the caramel so we could just chat and chat. I've been thinking about this time last year, as we were just going on lockdown, when no one knew how this was all going to turn out... Now a year later, so much has changed. I've changed. Life has changed. Flan? Flan is the same, though. Flan is still the very best.
