To make rope steady, we need opposite equivalentt forced upward against gravity.... So negate the mass of our body towards gravity, tie another 2 ropes from x1y1 (source) and x2y2 (destination) to the point x3y3 (balance cordinate) .Now the placement of this coordinates to tie the rope x1y1 and x2y2 should be parallel line to the ground at the height of h and x3y3 should be h+temper threshold

Try to reduce weight of the vehicle.. May be use aluminum for frame work... Or else use aluminum rope ( costly).. Or decrease distance of travel....
