We had kadhai made of aluminium. We used to scrub it with brick piece to clean it of the black stain.

Use Indian gooseberry (amla) it clean it boil amla powder in iron till all water boil out after which let it cool at room temp then rinse it with dishwater in hot water my nani use it for cleaning new iron utensils

That iron utensils are of different kind, even if you wash it shining, that blackish coat will again appears, their are many kinds of iron utensils, best use is *cast* iron utensils in both handling and for health

Boil water and put lemon in it then add baking soda and vinegar and salt then put the utensil in that water for a hour.

if its cast iron then it supposed to become black don't worry about it ... checkout videos how to season wok. After seasoning the wok becomes non stick otherwise everything will stick to the wok.

Bhaiya you can use 'lemon Vim dish wash liquid'to clean the pan ...just apply the lemon Vim liquid on pan then let it rest for a while and then clean it nicely...it worked for me hope it work for you too .😊

Prem bhaiya and Kim babhi happy new year...this year God gives u a lots of happiness.... From my personal experience I have purchased it easy to clean Heat the pan and off the gas now add 3,4 spoons of salt and cut the lemon add the juice and rub the pan with lemon and salt ..this process should be done when the pan is heat ...clean it and scrub it do this 1,2 time it will clean ..
