It wasn’t his idea, it’s dentist game and he recreated it so it was safe because a lot of people were making it dangerous by replacing the top teeth with knifes, needles, and other sharp objects

Yeah, I guess they might not be familiar with it if they're from India. It was pretty popular in America in the 90s, my family had at least four of these, in all three formats: full size, travel size, and keychain. The full size version originally had removable teeth that you took out using a pair of pliers, but it eventually adopted the button mechanism that the travel version had.
