Portulacaria Afra is “Elephant Food” not a “Jade Plant” Crassula Ovata! Easily mistaken as they look incredibly similar! You can eat the former but not the latter!

Hey, I am not an expert, but if you're saying that the leaves of your plant are 5x big then you have the Crassula Ovata plant .. the actual "Jade plant". This plant in the video is elephant bush which is not actually jade but usually referred to as jade plant.
