In the thumbnail, you can't even tell that it's made of cardboard! Good Job!

A tip for those wanting something more sturdy, though it is a bit more expensive once you have created this from cardboard (at least the main helmet and earcaps) you could coat the whole thing in fibreglass to significantly up its durability and it is also a method approvable by most costume clubs
