This is basically what I do every morning. But she somehow makes it look graceful, peaceful, and aesthetic. While for me, I don't even bother to tie my hair or use apron. Although I can enjoy being up and activ in the morning, I didn't know that you could look this neat while doing dirty house chores. Things go along quickly then , all of a sudden there is very little progress while the builder has to wait for inspections by the government. Here in the US they take their own sweet time getting there to inspect - maybe Korea will be better.Then another burst of activity and again , another wait.And that is how it goes the whole time - go fast - stop & wait - go fast- ugh, stop & wait over & over. Eventually it does end , but can be frustrating at times.

Here in Portugal it's also chestnut season. We usually put them in the oven with thick salt and it's the best. A tip for easily removing the skin is to cut them open in one side and put them in a bowl of water with a hand of salt for 20-30 minutes. Then, oven for 20-30 minutes at 180C. You'll have no trouble removing the skin I assure you.

What a great progress!! Your house is going fast. We still have a hot weather here in Greece, it is like summer. I watch all your videos, they make me feel calm and nice. Your food is so, so different from ours, that most of the time I don't know what are the ingredients you use. I am also amazed with what you eat for breakfast, like this salad for example. But I must admit all the things you eat are so much healthier than ours!!!
