Did you know you can make pancakes and freeze them ? I learned this from a friend and it has been a real time and money saver. Make you a big batter, make pancakes until the batter is gone, once you’re done put them on a foil sheet fold it up and store in freeze to preserve freshness. This is perfect if you are self conscious about what’s in your food like I am. These taste better than any store bought brand and you can make these over and over once you have the ingredients instead of spending money every time you want some frozen ones from the grocery store.
