Nice to see the new Lucas joining the show. Excited to see what the actor both brings to the show and character. I can see Charlie maybe having some kind of mental health storyline from his recent scenes. Mainly because of the mood swings and change in behaviour.

Yeah, I've always wondered why Charlie has never questioned who his father is, it would be interesting to see a storyline where Justin returns and reveals to Charlie that he is his father, I wonder how Charlie would react to finding out that he is the result of a teacher/pupil relationship!🙂

Looking forward to the new older Lucas, it lets them involve the character in future stories more now. The old Lucas was sometimes left out of storylines due to age.

@@ChelseyLinden I can’t say any details haha. But Lucas is at that age where he’s trying to figure it all out, he doesn’t quite know if he’s straight gay or bi. But he will find out. This doesn’t mean he’s going to be gay or bi though, maybe he finds out that he’s straight, we will have to watch and see!

I think all Charlie needs is someone to listen insted of going on at him all the time

Something’s really going on with Charlie something more worse than a drug addiction with marijuana or something. I really feel sorry for him whatever he’s struggling with I really hope he’ll get help and I also hope Darren’s depression won’t come back plus now that Jessica’s had her baby already who’s going to be the principal for the school when she goes on leave? Certainly I don’t think it’ll be Sally but maybe it’ll be Beau or maybe Darren I really do wish Sienna was a Teacher again and Ste was a janitor and Sally’s a way better principal than Nancy but still I think it’s a good opportunity for her. I really hope Charlie will get help. 😔

I think this is starting a brain injury storyline because ever since he banged his head on the fridge Charlie have been overly angry and aggressive hope it’s explained soon if it is a new storyline

It's called traumatic brain injury, I think he has something adjacent to that as well. One of the factors of TBI is having sudden outburst, which is what we see with Charlie in this clip when Ella is like "we're kinda slagging off Charlie's mum" or the outburst he had with Shin Ling and Beau. Also people with TBI do spontaneous things for a reaction. It might not be TBI or something adjacent to it, it could just he feels extremely guilty for what happened to Vicky.

Also it could be because of the weed he is smoking, he is a teenage boy and studies shows that teens smoking weed could have consequences on their development because their frontal cortex has not develop yet. Which can affect his emotions as well.

There is deffo something more going on with Charlie and not just the affects of the weed. Whennhe was veing interviewed by the police the other week he was fixated on Sam tapping his fingers and Darren bouncing his leg. His behaviour has changed massivley and at some point he is gonna crash and something serious will be revealed like a brain injury or a serious mental illness or something.
