Making Bánh chưng Traditional Vietnamese sticky rice cake for lunar new years

To prepare for the lunar new years my family makes banh chung, which is a sticky rice cake . Considered an essential element of the family altar on the occasion of Tết, the making and eating of bánh chưng during this time is a well-preserved tradition of Vietnamese people. Besides the Tết holiday, bánh chưng is also eaten all year round as Vietnamese cuisine.
ingredients
bannana leaves
glutenous rice
mung beans
pork belly
salt and pepper
its cooked for 18 hours ( this is dependent on how many you make)
banh chung is normally eaten as a side dish to replace rice. We normally use it to pray before we eat. Its eaten like this or you can also fry it up.
