I am making wheel axle spacers for the Derbi Diablo E bike. I am making them using two methods. A pipe cutter and a lather. Both methods work great but the pipe cutter is way cheaper! Tip is to have a stack of 12mm washers on hand to make the perfect sized spacer, measure it, and then cut it out of steel.
