Don't get discouraged with the jigs! The skunk happens to all of us, when you least expect it. Lol. On a side note, 10/10 on the Creek Chub fun facts. And... ...I have mentioned this in one of your other videos, but your creations are gold. Every single video! The essence is that you show the entire production of the product -- from beginning to end. And THAT is a lot of hard work!!! More than that, it is ART. Just so you know...Your vids always make me appreciate my custom lures a little bit more; especially the saltwater ones. Cuz I see now how much damn work folks put into them! Tight lines!

Well I'm a bait maker so I use that baking soda technique, my mom goes downstairs to do the laundry and sees a measuring cup with a razor blade in there, she is almost in tears and then ask me how long have I been doing cocaine. I just thought you'd enjoy that and also make a catfish swimbait

Sweet jig head! We put our curly tail grubs on with the curl in the opposite direction of the bend of the hook. It stops you from foul hooking the tail on larger grubs and on the fall the trail has more action because the water and the natural curl of the grub are fighting each other. Also make a west coast saltwater style swimbait. Big Hammer and Fish Trap are the most common style. Put your own twist on them.

hot dog skin was my favorite creek chub bait when I was a kid. I got just as much excitement out of catching one back then than I do landing a steelhead today!

Creek Chub Jig head looks amazing. I think that thing would slay some Pike in a few of my spots I fish.
