It's cool that Mjolnir turned out to be a useful tool.

Except for the 3d printed part, I think they would make the model out of wood wax or already made swords, but I may be wrong.

You have a lot of talent, that’s a beautiful Greek sword 🗡 I love ❤️ how you fed the ducks 🦆 at the end of the video 😊. When you have a chance could you list all the materials used for this project like the white powder and what kind of sand is that?. Have you made any step by step tutorials? will you make one?

Thats a nice Xiphos/Kentri or Spathi/Mahaira (it depends if it is used to drill or slash). But why are there so many dots ?Does the soil or the powder or the temperature of metals has to do anything with it?

  • @MJA5

Pretty common in things cast. Maybe impurities? The dots I think are cavities.

Those are from porosity in the metal. There's things that can be done to reduce it, but they make the casting process a lot more complex.

That's a pretty sword, but you skipped work-hardening the blade. Before polishing, it should be pretty thoroughly worked over with a planishing hammer, because fresh-cast metal is by nature annealed.
