any ai splitter works bro, but if you looking for one I suggest use fadr it's *100% free* and it gives you midi file for the stems aswell!

Ty : D Tbh I convert them from youtube and use the stem extraction available in FL Studio. It doesn't sound great sometimes so invasive EQ is necessary to make it sound reasonable.
