I've seen a lot of Reason tutorials but this has to be one of the best out there. There is no fussing around. To the point, very articulate and well spoken. Flawless. I've learned so much in just 25 min! 10/10.
Wow we got a real Reason power user here! Nice man I learned some stuff.
This is one of the best tutorials I've seen. Great Work bro
Really nice techniques you have there. Love the piano!
I've left one comment in the last five years, but came here specifically to say that the six thumbs down can fuck off. This truly is a next level production tutorial. This is beyond excellent.

Watching this I realized how much extra work I have been creating for myself in projects. Thank you soo much.
This was just awesome! :) Just got my bought reason 10 a few weeks ago and just started using it. I realize I have a few miles to go before I'm good at it but it seems so good at many things. Will be making synth music :)
Mind....blown!!!! Wow.... Jaw drops... Thank you so much for sharing how to do this!
Great video! Thank you so much. I especially like how clear your instruction is. You are a very good teacher.

2 minutes in, came twice already from the sick sound and subscribed.
Nice to see more Reason tutorials!
this might be the single most greatest thing i ve ever watched. ive learned so much. hope everything is going great mister ortiz. peace
Great video. Good pace, content and nice result. Picked up some good tips too.
You're a genius man! Thank you so much! Been following you since early 2000's and you continue to destroy!
This video is 25 minutes long. It took me 7 hours to finish it. Great content, I learned so much from this. Thank you so much!
Well, you're a great Reason salesman, because I just upgraded from Reason 8 to 11 because of this video 😂
Subscribed! I've only recently become aware of SynthWave. Never knew it existed and I love it. Possibly because I was a child of the 80s and remember the music so well. Brings back memories. It's also a real bonus to find someone using Reason 10 to create a superb SynthWave demo. I've long been a Reason user. I had a stab and my quick track came out like a poor 80s TV commercial track. Must try harder next time. Cheers.
Awesome tutorial! Subscribed. I'm pretty familiar with my way around Reason so I was glad to pick up a few new things.
A massive thank you for videos like these! I would absolutely love to see more, both from you as an artist and myself as an avid Reason user. Looking forward to more Zeta!

No worries! Thank you :) If you haven't tried it already, Reason is an amazing environment to work in for this kind of music (and many others!). It's like I have lots of hardware. Even though I don't haha.
Excellent video! I picked up some very useful tips and tricks. Cheers!
I learned so much from this video! Thank you!!
Wow. What a tutorial. Hope to see more from you.
Really incredible. Very similar to my style of music. If I had this I'd be itching to lay down a vocal track! You really walked us through everything beautifully, especially for this style of music in Reason. Thanks Paul!
Awesome tutorial. Very inspirational. Thanks for sharing the power tips. Definitely learned a bunch :)
Super cool! I'm a Logic user, but even just seeing some techniques behind these sounds is really neat!
Never stop doing Reason tutorials pls. I love your Post Malone tutorial and Reason Tips&Tricks.
Great tutorial Paul. I haven't used Europa much yet, but your video has inspired me to do so!

Raymond Hayter Cheers! Yeah Europa takes a bit of getting used to. For me it was realising that not every sound needs all the bells and whistles. It's got really nice oscillators and a fat filter so it does simple sounds just as well as complex.
Awsome turorial!!
Great synthwave and reason tutorial !! Thanks :)
Seems like it should be in a movie for sure very cool
Cheers, great tutorial.
Subscribed! Probably one of the best Reason tutorials I've ever seen. Thank you! Keep up the good work. I'll be on the lookout for more! How would you fix the clashing between the bass arpeggio notes and the high arp? (I think more of us are interested in that than you think)
I agree with many of the others here, I learned a massive amount from this video. Thank you! Of course, now I want to buy a bunch of those tools too.
Awesome vid, keep them coming!
Great video! Learned a few things that I am looking forward to applying to my own music. Thanks Paul - Spaceboy
Really inspiring tutorial. Keep it up!
This sounds amazing. Like taken from an album by either Mega Drive or Vector Hold. Found out about this channel due to years of listening to your music (from your official catalogue) and now I'll start go through the clips of this channel as well. I know I'm a few years late to the party, but at least it'll take some time to run out of content. All the best!
Brilliant! Greetings from devoted Reason user :) Love your work!
Sounds fantastic! Already picked up a few techniques I'll want to add to my production repertoire :)
man this is gold . very thanks. im subscribed now
I’ve just gotten into reason and have been on a learning curve. This was very inspiring for me . I can see your channel going big man keep up the great work!

I’m also amazed at how fast you played the high arp on time, props to you.
Wow this is a great tutorial! I just bought Reason 10 and this is just what I as a user coming from other DAW:s (mainly Cubase) need to know to get started. It looks like the sequencer workflow is super quick in the way it is shown here. Better learn all the shortcuts. CTRL+D (duplicate?) is a must it seems, for example. Also some really nice info with tricks used for the bassdrum and snare plus the pump effect for the bass (Although the latter is also used a lot in EDM with sidechaining). Subscribed.
Thanks Paul, this was really helpful. Oh and definitely make this into a full song :) Cheers mate.
Great tutorial! Thanks so much!
Holy jezusballz this is good and best tutorial!
Great Tutorial! Thank you for sharing!
Awesome tutorial.
Creates piano sound: THAT SOUNDS HORRIBLE Plays piano with the track: THAT'S AMAZING Love it dude. Great tutorial and I'm not even a Reason user :D
Thanks m8. I switched rooms in the house so the kids would get my bigger office and I moved all my stuff into a smaller room. After that I haven't gotten my audi stuff setup. This ignited that urge. I was born 1980 so this type of sound just ignites something in me :)
gateing that reverb to the snare wow that is cool for my dnb ive shortend the gate to 4 and getting a snap and dynmic that I was missing before again this is a very good tutorial more plz
Thanks, great tutorial & tips.
Fascinating! Super!
Amazing! Thanks so much!

There aren’t many reason tutorials these days. I almost lost hope until I came across this. I’m still switching to ableton but at least I found this video today!
Very cool great tips thank you
Picked up so much from this video. Thanks, Paul ;)
Nice.Never knew what synthwave was.Now i do.Guess I've been making synthwave for a long time.lol. 80's heads like Carpenter, Tangerine Dream were always a big influence.Always described it as soundtracks looking for a movie. I don't use Reason all that often anymore but this tutorial had all sorts of great tips and tricks in using it which could also work in other DAWS.MORE. MORE.

"Soundtracks looking for a movie" - excellent description! Grew up with a lot of Carpenter myself (The Thing, Halloween III, Dark Star - all so memorable!). Really glad you enjoyed this. I'll definitely be doing more as soon as I'm done with a couple of jobs :)
Oh my god! I would listen the f*ck out of that track. Just discovered your channel, and this is just awesome. Thank you SO much for this tutorial, and I hope you do more of these. Maybe happy hardcore next?
Nice job!
Dude, you are good!
Best 25 minutes of my life

nice 80s vibe 😄
I have used Reason for years, and I had no idea 'create parallel channel' was a thing that existed. 🤷♂️👏
