An Ultramarine Scout has been ambushed by the fearsome Tyranids, and his fate will only be revealed in this Warhammer Diorama!
Today, we are continuing The Great Tyranid Ambush series. This story picks up after a member of the Ultramarines opens a passage in the mines, unleashing a long-awaited swarm of Tyranids. This brave scout is the last of his team, pushing forward to complete his reconnaissance mission.
In this video, we will show you how to paint your Space Marine Scouts in the Ultramarine colour scheme, as well as how to create a diorama and paint Tyranids.

If you don't mess up while making a diorama then I don't think you've really made a diorama. Covering the Tyranids with the gloss gel nailed it 👌

Doesn't look like an ambush. Looks like a scout chilling in a hot spring with his buddies to me. :D
Nicely done. Also, the Khaki color, kinda made this Marine look like a Blue Old School Doomguy, and I REALLY like that.

Gah! I felt that molten glue hit your hand. Awesome work. It makes me want to build some terrain today. ...maybe even make my first oil wash. And I need a freakin airbrush, already.

Ha yeah somehow didn't expect it to be that hot, thankfully it healed quite quick. The terrain Sounds great, the first time I got an airbrush I was amazed at how much time it saved when painting large areas
Turned out beautifully! But man I am still wincing over that glue gun.

Im new to modeling and i have a small Astra militrum cadian army. Im gonna be getting custodes army, i think you should do something with the guard though
