Making a Kiteboarding Movie - The Naish S25 shoot

Due to Covid-19, @Naish Kiteboarding couldn't fly the team to Hawaii for the foto and videoshoots with the new Season 25 gear. So they decided to work with local media to create a combined video with footage from all over the globe. We @Thestokefarm shot the Dutchies' part with Stig Hoefnagel and Cohan van Dijk.
Naturally, just a small part of the footage was used. So I've used the leftovers to cut a 'behind the scenes' of the shoot. Getting sent away, dirty lenses, howlings winds.. It wasn't an easy one! But that's the way we like it. Join us in 'Making a Kiteboarding Movie'!

Very nice video. I really enjoyed it. I was a little sad that you got send away so often. I started this sport and the wind is blowing up rare enough.. And then you also have those problems with the locals? On the most spots you don't disturb anyone, but there is this one person who is personaly angry about everything and calls the police or smth... But anyway thank you for the video and have a good time shooting the next!

There is just so little room in our country - every beach is regulated for some sort of use. Makes it difficult sometimes..
Awesome video guys, great vibe. One little thing, for the next time try considering not to jump trough trees deliberately just for the shots. Kiters, do not damage nature, they rely on it 🌱
