Making a Grim Reaper: DIY Halloween Props

Make your own Grim Reaper or cemetery guard using just a few pieces of PVC pipe and black fabric. It takes about an hour to make the frame and 15 minutes to set up.
Here is a quick blog post that also explains how to make and set up this prop:

Cesar - Thanks for watching. Around the 1:00 mark in the video, I talk about what you'll need, but it depends on how large you want to make it. You need some pvc joint pieces for the elbows, shoulders, and neck. You'll need PVC pipe for the base(body), torso, and arms. I used chicken wire, but you could also use cardboard. It should be sturdy enough. You'll also need a base board and some way to secure the PVC pipe to the board (I used L brackets.) The you need black cloth, 2.5m x2 for the cloak and 4m for the top.
