Try Rocky Mountain toast with cheese (sorta grilled cheese idk) Rocky mt toast is essentially toasted slice of bread with hole in center filled with cooked egg on the pan then you throw cheese on it. Takes a minute and a half on medium heat. Use a stick of butter to lubricate and fry it sort of? Try it hopefully you won’t regret it Don’t burn it though

actually if you expose yourself to what you’re allergic to enough, often times you grow a tolerance so it doesn’t affect you (exception: severe allergies). this is my experience with my nut and grass allergy, which I didn’t know I had until 18 from tests. so in a way, dudes right.

Cheese crisps are one of my favorite snacks, the key to cook them without burning them is to cook them a little longer to make sure the middle cooks without burning. It also helps to use shredded cheese as it crisps and melts better(also giving it a better end product!)

Why? American cheese has little to no lactose in it. Cheddar also has very little lactose.

@@RarebitFiends That's true for most cheeses, only the fresh ones have lactose. Well, the American cheese might have more of it since it's so processed and it's not just one type of cheese.

That's right, because lactose intolerance isn't an allergy, it's a lack of tolerance, and like many things, you can build a tolerance.
