Wow! Just WOW! Daum, you are really good! I make miniatures for dollhouses myself and it's so funny to create these little things and make them look authentic. You look like you are having a great time making these little tombstones! I love them! 😍 Very well done! 👍👌

A bit larger scale than I was going for, but the principle is the same. Trying to make gravestones for 25mm bases for wargames without having to make silicone molds. I used corkboard instead of styrofoam.

Excellent video. I've made sculpted backgrounds for enclosures out of Styrofoam before, but never actually modelled anything like those gravestones to put inside one. You've done such a great job, they look amazingly realistic. Part 2 should be awesome, can't wait for that

If you put styrofoam models in a box with some stones and shake it a bit it gets a natural used look .. very cool.. or you use crumbled ironfoil or stone to push some structure in the styrofoam

@@drdoolittlefishhobbyist6055 emperors use to be common very hard to find now you'll probably end up with a Asian forest scorpion but if you're lucky there might be some around go by the Latin name when searching to make sure you get the right one though 👍🙂

They come in the little tins in hobby craft not sure if theres an actual name for them though.

Awesome idea. I'm thinking doing this concept in the future but I would have to put in some background in the enclosure. Considering that I will be adding some background, I'm thinking if using glue as an adhesive would be okay? Is it not harmful to the ts?

Just give the enclosure 24 hours before putting the spider in they will be fine.
