That's epoxy resin. It doesn't just make the colours pop, it makes the lure very tough and durable and can take knocks and bumps far better than store-bought lures. As long as you don't lose the lure, you can lightly sand out scratches and just put another coat on, making them last for years. Some of mine are over 5 years old.

@@skateboardingjesus4006 thanks, i asked cause i use 5 minutes two part epoxy resine and i am so far from the smoothness of the video. Any way to make it more liquid or last longer so i can spread it corr3ctly?

@@saidjalkh5948 I'm afraid 5 minute epoxy cures too quickly, causing tension in the polymers that make it lumpy in places. There's really no substitute for the slower curing craft epoxy when used with a rotisserie motor to keep the lure turning until the epoxy sets. The constant turning makes sure the epoxy stays smooth over the full surface of the lure.The motors are pretty cheap and you can buy epoxy in small amounts, like 300ml bottles.
