Kerry thanks for the demo, but I have some concerns on the tenon size to jaws you are using. You have near max size of the jaws which will give you the worst holding strength. The jaws were made as one solid piece then cut to make 4 jaws so a perfect circle with the best holding strength would be like a 1/8" gap between jaws (blade thickness) closing that would be your minimum size tenon. I would say go a little bigger than that so if you make a mistake it won't be to small. If you want a bigger tenon you will need a bigger size jaws. Stay safe
