Yeah I didn't want to use a bunch of 3D printing plastic on this project so I made it out of cardboard and managed to make it look pretty accurate with a limited amount of refrence images before the game came out

This is amazing! Ive been wanting to find someone teaching how to make this ever since the game came out, almost no one on my country makes 3d prints, do you happen to have a full list on the materials and paint colors tho ?

I 3D print a lot of things but I though this would be cheaper and easier to make with cardboard. As for the materials it's just diffrent types of cardboard, a cardboard roll from an aluminium foil pack, some random plastic bag, a wood stick, some other wood sticks for food and limegreen, green, white, black and gold paint.

This is so cool. I love how you use such simple materials like cardboard, but with paint and good patterns it looks great. Did you use toilet paper rolls for the circular Zonai parts?

Thanks! You can really make a lot of things with just cardboard and other cheap materials and with some good painting and details it can look really good. I used a stronger cardboard roll that came from an aluminium foil roll and cut it to smaller pieces

I didn't use one, I just did everything freehand based upon reference images

I just used some normal acrylic paint in a few diffrent shades of green, some for details and some for making highlights to get a cell shaded look
