    The LPG box is looking good! Excited to see the door you put on the side (because your other underbody doors are KILLER!) Be sure to add some vents in the bottom of that box because LPG is heavier than air and if there is a leak, you don't want that to settle in the bottom of the box for explosion reasons. Great tunes in this vid! Keep it up y'all!!! Love your vids! - Brian + Erin

    Why rivets and not nuts and bolts? Trying to not have to get a River gun still 😄 right on point bc I’ve been wondering how to accomplish our propane holder for our conversion and just about there! Another question, are you running a long line to one needed end use and mounting directly under for the other? Have been debating two separate mounts to keep lines short but seems silly-ish 🤣 thank you!! Well done well done

    @@sunnybeermann9213 A rivet for us is easier and sometimes cheaper, you don't have to get all the sperate parts. And we kept all of our appliances that will be using the propane really close together and close to where the tanks are mounted so the lines will be pretty short!

    I believe that material is too light for those propane tanks. Did you have to add that center brace to the floor piece and what did you do for a vent incase the one of the tanks leaks or blows off pressure

    Access to the top wing nut is going to be a little difficult. Also, is there enough room to remove and replace the tanks when needed? Other than that, it looks great!

    @GustheStruggleBus

    The tanks have plenty of room but are also tucked away nicely, we also came up with a simple solution to reaching them so hopefully we wont have trouble in the future! Thank you!

    Do you have to vent the boxes that contain propane? My RV has an open bottom (basically just the angle iron tray) that the canisters sit in. I dont know why but I thought they needed to be vented in case of a leak. Otherwise you have compressed gas in a confined area

  • @GustheStruggleBus

    @GustheStruggleBus

    3 жыл бұрын

    Hey that is a great question, I think if it is totally inclosed you will need to vent them. But when you have an open bottom or open top like ours then the gas has some where to go if it does leak. For safety reasons I would not quote me on that and make sure you do your own research. We will look into it as well!

  • @GustheStruggleBus

    @GustheStruggleBus

    3 жыл бұрын

    If you look at biran and erins comment they explain how you need vents in the bottom because the gas is heavier than air and will settle at the bottom of the box!
