A useful tidbit I discovered while resining my own helmet is that you can actually use nail polish remover/acetone to save the sponge brushes! It cleans the resin right out - just let them soak for a bit. And yet another amazing project! Absolutely insane what you can do with just cardboard.

How do you get such clean glue joints with hot glue? Mine always end up with bits of glue sticking out and it makes it really hard to get the helmet smooth.
