Bob, I think you might benefit from reading the guide before starting. You could at least determine if it's going to be a good guide or not for your own sanity.

Which version of RIPs kit did you get? Because I did hear you krntuon that there was a on screen display. Press in the contrast wheel and see if yours has a on screen display because you can always readjust the screen with it to make it centered

It has an OSD but you cant adjust the position of the screen with it, unfortunately
