Making a Brisket Cutting Board
I've really been into smoking briskets lately, and needed a cutting board large enough to handle them. I decided to do this video in the no talking #ASMR style. #BBQ #woodworking

What's your favorite way to cook a brisket? I did this one with a 50/50 mixture of kosher salt and 16 mesh black pepper. Smoked it on 225º for around 20 hours.

@@shanecroft9177 Houston area. I did one brisket hot and fast. It was still pretty good, though I prefer low and slow when I have the time.
Great video. I need a cutting board that size and I want a slice of that brisket! Thanks.

Sorry, it's all gone now 😅
What were the final dimensions of that cutting board? Looks great!
Knows his brisket! My exact method.
Nice combo build. The only one I've seen and I'm a KZread junkie. Makes me want to go out and get a brisket...

Now that you mention it, I'm about due for another brisket myself.
Before the trench what did you use for a router bit?
Nice job there Brandon! 👏👏 Guess the Wood is Maple? Plus nice looking piece of meat too! Yum…😁 Thanks for sharing!

Thanks! You are correct, it is hard maple.
All that great work on making the board and smoking the brisket only to cut the brisket the wrong way?
